Charming 5 Bedroom Kiawah Island Home Sleeps 12!
Bordered by a white picket fence, and surrounded by tall palm trees, this charming Lowcountry beach house includes fairway views, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, a gas grill, a screened porch, under-house parking, free access to the community pool and croquet lawn, and is only a short walk from the beach. With five bedrooms and five baths, this home accommodates up to 12 guest and has 2542 square feet. In the winter months, this home has a subscription to NFL and NHL DirectTV sports packages.
FIRST FLOOR: The living room is furnished comfortably and includes a sleeper sofa, flat panel TV and DVD player, and DirectTV. It segues into the dining area which seats up to eight guests, and ins separated from the kitchen by a granite counter. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have hardwood floors. Doors lead from the dining room and kitchen to the furnished screened porch, where guests will find a dining table for six, as well as steps leading down to the small patio with gas barbeque grill. Lovely fairway views can be enjoyed from the screened porch. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a full private bath. A second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and has access to a full hall bath. The first floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and includes private access to the screened porch, and a full private bath.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor is another master suite, this one furnished with a king bed. It includes its own private deck, and a full private bath. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a full private bath.
