Beautiful Beach House Close to the Beach in Kiawah Island!
Magnolia trees, crape myrtles, and tall palm trees surround this comfortable Lowcountry beach house. Guests can enjoy the community feel of the neighborhood and the proximity to the activities at Night Heron Park and Playground, as well as easy access to island bike trails. Close to the beach in the popular Turtle Beach neighborhood, this non-smoking home features hardwood floors, fairway and lagoon views, a furnished covered porch, a second-floor sundeck, a screened porch, wireless internet access, and access to the community pool and croquet lawn. With 2200 square feet, four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home accommodates up to nine guests.
FIRST FLOOR: The great room consists of the living area and dining area, and includes hardwood floors, bead board walls, a flat screen TV with DVD and expanded tier cable. There is a CD player as well. The dining area has seating for up to eight guests, and is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a counter bar. A furnished screened porch has a cozy sitting area and a dining table for eight, as well as lagoon and fairway views. The first-floor master suite is furnished with a king bed, and offers a TV and access to the screened porch, plus a private bath with separate tub and shower.
SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs, are the remaining three bedrooms. The first of these bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed and has its own TV and access to the second level sundeck, as well as a private bath. Two other bedrooms, each equipped with two twin beds, share a full hall bath. A small den includes its own TV and radio, and is furnished with a twin sleeper sofa.
